Turtle Shell

A Shield Capstone of Praetorum this capstone does the following:

Turtle Shell Prae can consistently and tactically use a shield slung over his back in combat as deftly as he could use it on his arm. Shield capstones and abilities cannot be used while Prae is wearing his shield like this, unless otherwise stated. He is also capable of shifting his shield between his back and his left arm quickly enough to be useful in combat.
