Thrive Those people who Faith looks after are much more likely to thrive in her care than if anyone less skilled were looking after them. This combines with her leadership and psychology capstone and basically means that - should she be looking after them because of a psychological illness / mental ill health / addiction - they are less likely to relapse or have another episode.
