Stiff Resistance

A Whips Capstone of Woe this capstone does the following:

Stiff Resistance : As a grandmaster of the bullwhip in particular, and longer whips such as chains and other forms of flexible weapons, Woe can command such speed and control of the weapon that the apex of it's sonic crack can produce a momentarily hardened field of air around the sonic crack, through which it's possible to parry and block other weapons without suffering undue damage to the whip itself. This makes it simpler to defend with flexible weapons capable of producing a sonic crack, such as a bullwhip.
