Step 8 NPCs

NPCs can make an interesting addition to your story! If you wish to begin with a personal NPC, or to apply for one later, start a ticket on the PSF asking for either a Personal or Memory NPC (For an NPC that exists only in Memory threads and is no longer alive). You will need to write up their skills, their history, their description and other details. Once a moderator has a look at your NPC(s) they will help guide you toward making them suitable for the setting. Once they're satisfied, the NPC will be approved and you can start using that NPC in stories.
