Flurry of Blows

A Combat Capstone of Balthazar Black this capstone does the following:

Flurry of Blows Balthazar has learned to attack with devastating speed in small bursts at close quarters. This ability allows Balthazar to strike a single opponent five times for every two strikes that someone of his skill level would normally be able to throw with normal accuracy making him an overwhelming combatant at close quarters. The speed of his strikes is such that he can not alternate between attacking and defending while using the flurry of blows.
