Echolocation

A Detection Capstone of Balthazar Black this capstone does the following:

Echolocation Between listening for the movements of multiple opponents he could not see in combat, eavesdropping on conversations in crowded rooms for investigations, daily life with his vision impaired by his mutations forcing him to listen more carefully to his other senses and arcs of listening carefully for movements in his surroundings, Balthazar has developed an incredibly sharp sense of hearing to the point that it almost mirrors the echolocation used by some marine animals. In practice this ability makes it so that Balthazar had an acute but general awareness of his surroundings at all times within the range of what he can hear. Since this ability requires sound to function, if there is no sound to be perceived, Balthazar would be unable to detect the person or object. Additionally, since the ability requires materials for the sound to bounce off of, it functions more accurately indoors (where walls and other surfaces are present to trap sound) than outdoors (where sound can travel further).
