Since Goku finally has some wells, I am interested in making some ensorcelled items with them. The Hone and Wells write-ups have a bit about putting the power of runes in a well. If I do this, am I right to assume that this would automatically require a psf submission because the item would stray from the description of the well?

In addition, once Goku draws a rune onto a well, does it lose its original power? For example, if he drew a rune onto a firestone, would the firestone no longer be able to spew flames?

So no it wouldn't need a PSF so long as you adhere to the rules around the rune and wells in question. For instance, class 1 wells can only hold novice level spells/runes/etc. Class 2 wells take up to competent runes/spells and so on. And the potency will be in line with the class of the welll too, so it'll be as if you're putting a novice-skill rune into a class 1 well, as if you were a novice mage.

I believe imbuing a well or well-crafted item with the rune's power replaces the function of the individual well, because it's now being powered by that well. However you can install multiple wells into the same item, if your ensorcelling skill is high enough.
