I'm shiny and new, like a newborn babe, still covered in the slime and gore from birth...

I'm new to RPG.

I'm new to CSs.

I'm new to the online version there of.

I am, indeed, new to the power of three.

Please, be kind. Please, be gentle. Please, do offer constructive feedback and pointers...

Typically, my writing style gooes against the grain, short, succint and to the point. Hopefully, this will work OK.

Right now, having painstakingly put together my very first CS, I'm feeling a tad overwhelmed, drowny, and out of my depth

Hopefully, I'll get the jist of it all soon enough

Also, succinct is fine, so long as you bear in mind that this site has a 250 word post minimum for in character posts. Other than that, feel free to keep your replies as short as you wish. If you need any help or pointers please let us know.

For me, filling out my posts with volume can be a challenge. I try to get into my character's thought process and inner monologue a bit, what they're feeling, and how they feel about what they're experiencing. This usually helps when I find my replies lacking sufficient volume.

But as long as you write at least 250 word replies, you're good.

It's common to feel overwhelmed at the start - there is a lot of information to absorb - but it passes quickly. You'll find your groove in no time.

Welcome, Tiggy! Your PC is adorable! I look forward to seeing a gardening hedgehog out and about on the forums!

There is a lot to take in, but my advice would be to just take on small bits at a time, and go from there. (For example, I've been here 2 years, and I still don't know how magic works - but that suits me, because I don't plan to have a magic user.)

If you have any questions, we're a pretty helpful bunch! There's also a discord channel you can join, and we're just as friendly in there, too!
