Lumber Mill

Most of Rynmere's lumber is felled in Burhan and sent to Andaris in the form of raw logs using the river before being carted across land to Andaris Lumber Mill where it is stored, dried, cut to length, often sanded, and sometimes treated. Currently the mill is run by the Stockhouse Brothers who took over the family business some years ago after their father took ill and later died of a chest infection. Wood is available to buy by the plank and the brothers are usually more than happy to cut the pieces to size.

Prices as listed:

Raw log: 30gn, can be cut into 18 thick planks or 36 slim planks.
Thick plank: 2gn per plank.
Slim plank: 1gn per plank.
Off cuts: 5sn per plank, usually short, uneven sizes.
Fire wood: 20gn per season.
Wood chip: 10gn per pile.

David Stockhouse

David is the youngest brother of the Stockhouse boys but was always destined to run the Mill as his father knew what a good head he had on his shoulders and pushed for him to take on the leadership role. His older brothers get along well with him, but Terry can be a bit hard to deal with sometimes.

Liam isn't the brightest of souls, but what he lacks in brainpower, he makes up for in kindness. With a heart of gold, Liam is always ready to go the extra mile to make sure that his customers are satisfied and get exactly what they're looking for when they come to the Mill.

Terry Stockhouse

Terry is hard to deal with and quick to anger a lot of the time. He isn't very good with customers, and for this reason, tends to work out back and keep everything with the plant running right. He is, however, a very determined man and works very hard to make sure the business is doing well.
