Do to the isle being completely separated by the shield from the rest of the world. Iulure has developed a different ways of specking of time and tracking it as well. In their calendar it is 1024 Since Unification

Year is Blwyddyn
Month is Mis
Weeks is Wythnos
Days are called Blessing or Bendith.
Hour is Awr
Minutes is Munudau
Seconds is Eiliadau

The actual calendar isn’t built based upon the seasons, but upon the dragons who made the race. It is composed of 16 months one for each dragon and one for Luesco who protected the islands. For the 15 months that celebrate a dragon the first day of the month is a holiday known as the Blessing of the Dragon, and honors the dragon whose month they are in.
