Long Term Leadership

A Leadership Capstone of Faith Augustin this capstone does the following:

Long Term Leadership: Faith has learned the power of legitimate authority from the many roles where she has it; as Famula's Champion, the Head of the Order of the Adunih etc. However, she has learned to use that to it's absolute maximum. When she is leading a group or organisation, the fact that she is leading it means that people are more likely to perform to her expected standards, be they standards of professional, moral or ethical behaviour.This means that she is able to set out clear expectations and people are more likely to follow them. Even when she is not there, or has not been there for some time, people adhere to these expectations.

Mechanically, this cuts down on dropping standards etc in a large or small organisation that Faith oversees. This means that they work efficiently and there are less issues of people "going rogue" - it is not about controlling PCs, etc, it's about the many NPCs.
