A Leadership Capstone of Darius Baer this capstone does the following:

Local Boy Done Good In recent arcs, Darius has earned a reputation as a proud Scalvorian who is willing to do whatever he can to protect his homeland. As a result of his heavy involvement in the freeing of the Induks, his role as one of the Barons von Smooglenuff, and his leading of a settlement of Faldrass refugees, people are more willing to support his endeavours.

When Darius is involved in a task to put Scalvoris' interests first, his leadership inspires up to ten individuals to perform their own tasks at one skill level higher than normal. Their tasks do not need to be the same as Darius', but they must support his task in some way, and thus be connected to bettering Scalvoris as a whole.

This ability only works when Darius is in Scalvoris, or if he is elsewhere representing Scalvoris' interests in some way.
