Starter Quest

One day, Canton is approached by a somewhat eccentric professor from the Scalvoris University. In his spiel, he inundates Canton with all manner of nonsense regarding new and strange sea grasses appearing at the edge of the water and inland lagoons and marshes of the Scalvoris Islands, particularly that of Faldrass. He seems a fool to Canton, but wanting perhaps to get Deacon out of his hair, or else test the professor's theories about these sea grasses that supposedly correspond in properties to the Faldrass Sands, he gives the task of trying new planting mediums to see if the grasses may be grown on their farm with Scalvoris sands mixed with their own Faldrass soil.
