Faith's experience in planning, and the sheer variety of experiences she's had, has led her to truly be prepared. When planning, she is able to consider all conceivable possibilities and, as such, whatever she uses logistics to plan for goes as well as it possibly can. That isn't to say that she can't be beaten in a war, or something truly unexpected happen. This is very much within the realm of the expected and unexpected, not the impossible-to-expect. The level of planning and logistics Faith has means that, on a mechanical level, those she plans for will have maximum efficiency during the war / voyage / event. This will have a direct impact on morale as, when things are going right those involved are the most comfortable they can be and, when things go awry, they are as prepared and equipped for it as is conceivably possible.
