Thanks, I added deception to terrorism, revolution, diplomacy, and warfare as complimentary skills. I don't see it as totally necessary in Legislation/patronage/governance though. It was already included in corruption.

I also added Forgery to Corruption. Seems important.

Also added cryptography to Terrorism and Revolution, since private communication is key to those it seems.

Also, Rhetoric to Diplomacy and Governance.
