Upon entering, one is greeted by the broad smile of Lisa Dhasi sitting behind her desk right across from the door. Two chairs stand invitingly in front of it. In the far right corner behind her stands another desk where Pierce is occasionally seen working. In the left corner is a second door leading into a storage space, always closed, that holds the unused equipment and supplies. On the wall behind the door, hidden from sight upon entering, hangs a small bookshelf holding scrolls and papers. Directly to the right upon entering is a small fireplace used to keep the place warm during the cold season.

Hello Sintih,

I'm going to ask for a few changes to this company. Since you are the employer for these mercenaries, I expect you to buy their weapons and armor. Please add a set of armor and whatever weapons suitable to the price calculations (inventory).

Additionally, I ask that you make the business house larger and specify the materials to come up with a fair and accurate cost. 400 sq ft for an office of two workers, plus Sintih, and visiting mercenaries/customers seems incredibly cramped.

I would recommend an 800 sq foot building, using this link to calculate the building costs.

I updated the business as request. Increased the size of the house and storage space and added the equipment for my mercenaries. I'm not sure if the house calculations are correct but I edited the loan to match the new requirements.
