Hello and welcome to Uthaldria, two-legged folk! I am instinct, here to assist you on your perilous journeys through the fields of Gauthrel! I look forward to writing with each and every one of you at some point or another.

I am excited , and looking forward to writing here. Mod bomb him whenever you feel the muse, never a need to ask me unless its marked closed for some reason. I will also be joining the plots, so I'll keep a look out, he's almost at the city now.

I have a question for you lovely mods; If one wishes to buy more permanent housing within Uthaldria, where would one go and what kind of housing may be bought?

@Honathor - I'll strongly consider a lovely modbomb. Perhaps Instinct would like to play his hand at it?

@Aeon - You would just submit your house as a location in the development thread (location template is fine) - however, you would not need to actually acquire approval, and you could utilize your house immediately after paying for it in your ledger. The post in the dev thread would just be so I am aware, and after I DO look at it, I'll ask you to post it as a thread so you can quickly show other players info on it.

If you need a loan to build or buy your house, you can acquire those here: Bank of Uthaldria

Otherwise, you calculate costs/etc yourself, using the info in the price list. If you want, I can also work out a pre-built house and give you info on it and its pricing. I'm totally up for helping out with that, since houses tend to be a pain in the ass to calculate the costs of. Let me know!

BTW, if it's directly in the city, it'll be more expensive. If it's in a suburb or settlement, it'll be cheaper.

The Sack of Argos

Hey! I'm recruiting up to four players to do a modded thread on the 81st of Ymiden, relating to the sack of Argos right after the walls of the city come down. This will be a very violent and brutal thread, but there's opportunity for growth and treasure in ripping through the city!

Please PM me if you are interested - I'll start the modded thread if two or more players want to join. In order to be applicable, you must be a part of a Path, regardless of your rank.
