Here will lie everything to do with Rupayo and whatever she is bound to get up to.
Ashen Alleys in Sirothelle
-Using this as an idea for Rupayo, I need to find her a place to blow her lid in private in Viden
-Memorial Gardens, this seems like a good place for her scratch that dangerous itch
Glassblowing; Unbreakable Glass
After hours upon hours of creating glass pieces Rupayo has discovered the trick to making nearly any grade glass unbreakable. Through precise movements, heating, and cool down times that have become second nature to her the pieces that she makes are hard-pressed to be shattered or chipped. Because of this, her glass weapons are able to be sharpened like a traditional weapon made of metal would. While it's not impossible to break these pieces, it is decidedly difficult.
Smithing; The Bonding of Glass and Metal
(Only to be gotten after the glassblowing capstone)
Rupayo has learned how to create a hybrid glass and metal through a technique of heating and pouring the two substances together. This hybrid is lighter than traditional metal, takes more time to forge, but exquisite to look at and use. The hybrid is called "prothaum", or a bastardization of the word "soul" in Vauni. Its physical appearance is a swirling mixture of whatever type of glass and metal that the smith used. The creation of these pieces are done in a mixture of glass blowing and smithing, needing to turn the piece to hold its shape while taking moments in between turning to beat the metal against an anvil, as well as a specific way of tempering this hybrid glass-metal infusion.
Meditation; Yogi of Fire
(Discipline)
During deep sessions of meditative yoga Rupayo is able to use her eruption without losing control. This is a type of catharsis for the woman and eases bouts of eruption in a future heightened emotional state, making her less likely to spontaneously combust during a stressful event. This control over her inner fire during the yoga is total, scratching the itch of eruption and making her calmer in general.

He is fundamentally a kind man but can be uncontrollable when his mind's sickness takes hold. Prone to drug use and gambling, it's hard to take him seriously when he starts going on about his woes. Shackled to the past, it would take a miracle for this man to find a strong foothold in reality.
Relationship to PC: Ex fiance, helped her escape Sirothelle prison
After breaking Rupayo free from prison and eloping with her his mental health took a sharp turn for the worse. Life was hard in Sirothelle for this man leaving him in shambles during their perilous journey from their homeland. As time went on he only got worse, his issues exacerbated by drugs used to quell the pain. When he and Rupayo found themselves in Rharne he would spend most of their coin on gambling and drugs, disappearing for lengths at a time and reappearing often naked or in tattered clothes from who knows where. His insanity ran deeper around this time, there were nights Rupayo would have to spend holding him as he cried against invisible assailants. Through his babbles she knew them as people his past during his life back in their homeland, as well as others she had never heard of. Eventually he would disappear in the middle of the night from Rupayo and not return.

Copper Smyth came from a long line of blacksmiths, on his father's side respectively. Growing up around forges for his entire life he decided when he came of age to join the Arm Militum of Ivorian. This was nothing short of the most embarrassing thing he had ever done in his life. Try as he may, he couldn't meet the credentials needed to become even Phaestus and continually flunked out year after year. Disheartened he left Ivorian and started his own forge in Viden, where he was shocked to find there was none. To his great honor the Rangers and Mariners were his biggest customers and gave him grant after grant to to create their weapons and armor.
There are few who know his humble and embarrassing beginnings and any who would dare bring it up risk getting slapped on the back of their head and told to hush their gob. He is gruff and intimidating when he wants to be which is something all of his apprentices respect. For all intents and purposes Copper is a hard ass who runs his smithy like a military establishment. Can you take the heat?

Atheapia is a tall, lithe woman, standing at a healthy 6'4". She is middle aged for her race being over 70 arcs old. Two medium sized crucibles that can hold up to 50 glass plates at once and one massive sized crucible make up the area for creating glass. Atheapia is the premiere glass maker in the city. Settled in her own area Atheapia has all of what she needs here in the Azure wing to create functional to decorative pieces for the citizens of Viden as well as teach her students all she knows. Known for impressive, showy pieces this woman is a master of her craft claiming to have been taught by some of the best glass makers in Scalvoris in her youth. When she isn't creating glass pieces she is drinking tea and communing with the other art teachers. Holding herself with a hyper intelligent, proper, and pretentious air it's hard to pull one over on her. The eidisi woman can be textbook cold, calculating, and downright cruel to those who come seeking to learn from her, only the other teachers and higher ups have this woman's respect.

Occupation: Dance Professor
Skills: Dance; Master
Acrobatics; Expert
Disguise; Expert

Master of dance, Professor John is a wild force to behold on the stage. Through cunning disguises and costume he puts on an eclectic show of mania and sheer wit. That being said he is also well versed in ballet and other forms of dance, but interpretive dancing holds a special place in his heart. He is said to hold the strong philosophy that dance is the true expression of human vitality and soul, that without it all would be lost and history would never have been written.
Passionate and smart most are thrown off by his wild disguises and ostentatious behavior. Not a mean spirited person he holds himself with a sort of dignity that only a sailor could have. It's well known that he and Chry'thio get along, being from similar roots.

The professor of the musical arts in the arts wing of the college, Lathew is a sneaky guy for sure. Some say there is just something off about him, but no one can pin point what. Still, he is more than competent at his job and gets it done to a T. Good at what he does, he claims that conducting and teaching is his passion. But then why does he often miss class and have the woman from the opera house teach in his place? There is something beneath the surface of this man that begs many questions.
An honest liar, he is known for telling tall tales of little importance, often leaving the listener in stitches even if it is obviously a lie. He lies about trivial things, such as his shoe size, what he ate last night, leaving much of his talk to hyperbole. As a teacher he is fluent in conducting and has a working knowledge of many instruments.
Name: Chry'thio Nji'gwar; Ms. Nji'gwar
Race: Biqaj
Date of Birth: Vhalar 101 691
Place of Birth: Upon a ship in the southern seas
Occupation: Fine Arts Teacher
Skills: Painting; Master
Sculpting; Expert
Teaching; Expert
Candlemaking; Competent
While most biqaj are shy about their works of art, leaving them close to their heart and hiding them away- considering them too sacred; Chry'thio is a blacksheep among her race. From a young age she enjoyed showing off her works of art and even teaching others what she knew. Finding her passion and love for arts too closed off on the seas, she took to travel on land to find her niche in the arts of Idalos. Eventually her travels would land her here, in the coldest city called Viden, and through a true demonstration of her talents she was able to become a Professor. It is true she is sweet on the dance professor as they both have a wild passion for the arts, Chry'thio often becoming covered in paints. Sometimes, after hours, it may be possible to spot the two of them combining their craft with paint and dance. Though they will never admit their relationship status.
True to form Chry'thio is a spitfire as many biqaj are with a great sense of humor and laid back mindset. There is no doubting her competency though some snobs may like to complain about the young woman being a teacher.

Through a mixture of permaculture and magic the glass house conservatories hold the main source of Viden's agriculture. Four large glass buildings have their food growing seemingly wild, to the untrained eye. In reality the gardens are a beautiful mess of permaculture, allowing food to grow all year round. Not only that, but the alchemists that work there are said to have concocted a fertilizing potion that allows the food to grow healthy and strong even against all odds. Through magical grafting and a bit of handiwork one of the buildings is an orchard filled with trees that grow happily, bearing many different types of fruit from a single trunk. The bows of these trees are laden with fruit that go in and out of season, all manner of things can be found here from peaches to pear. Among the gardens are ponds filled with fish, this is the main water source of the ponds. A closed circuit aqueduct flows the water from the ponds to the plants and back again, only needing refilled on rare occasion, though there is no shortage of snow to be converted into waters in this city.
Through a use of spirit-wells the building stays warm even through the coldest of months. During Zi'da there are even some wells which provide artificial sunlight ensuring the plants to grow even in these harshest of conditions that Viden endures. It was Delthon Vibes, the residential haunt, that created these contraptions and even to this day does some of the maintaining. Delthon was the first man to create and manage the Glasshouse Conservatories. A true madman and genius he used spirit-wells through harvesting wells from anak. With this the man was able to create a power source creating artificial sunlight for the greenhouses, to be used during Zi'da when the sun is gone for a long period of time. This contraption is a special type of glass run with faldrunium wire which illuminates and heats the greenhouses when the power source, the well, is fed to an anak of sunlight held in a crucible of euvomine imbued embersteel. The euvomine was given by Aeva who was impressed with the man's ideas and prowess in inventing, allowing him to hold spirits inside whatever was made with the euvomine. In order to keep the anak working it's needed to feed it other spirit-wells, particularly during Zi'da. This anak is essentially a slave and a well-kept secret. The only people who know if its existence are Delthon, Mindethia, and Mukhaus. True irony, Delthon was slain by a Induk many, many years ago in an attempt to harvest the powers of the anak spirit-well. He is now a ghost himself and oversees the use of the wells to this day.
There is a marketplace in one of the greenhouses where people buy their goods. A few watchful people sell the produce here from the gardens as no one is allowed inside the gardens themselves unless they are a worker or have some business there. There are a few rumors centered around the place. One is that there is some sort of Black Market deal with Mindethia Luna for her alchemy potions, using the gardens here as her reagents. Another is that because the food is magically grown so such an extreme degree, it will make you grow and never stop growing, even sprouting plants off of your own body-- though this is mostly told between children as a joke to scare each other. The last rumor is more of a well known bit of gossip that Mukhaus would love to take over the Glasshouse.
Details:Once a thief who would sell her wares on the Black Market, it's a well known story to those who frequent the farmer's market that Mindethia was also a graffiti artist of a... certain caliber. Using alchemy to grow plants even on ice and snow she would create vines and moss in obscene or questionable messages. Not wanting to waste talent instead of punishing her they offered her an ultimatum, take a job in the Glasshouse or rot in jail. Like any wise individual, she took the job. As overseer of the Glasshouse she is a fat cat, using the others to do her work and get things done while she lackadaisically makes potions; not wanting to be bothered with the trifles of petty jobs. Even though she is lazy her unique handiwork can be seen within the permaculture gardens and they way they always grow despite the odds.
Being of half Qi'ora origins she seems to age very slowly, looking to be in her 30s the woman is in fact pushing 80 years old. Quick witted and good at making people laugh in her sarcastic way, it can be said the woman might be a little bit untrustworthy. Perhaps she is still doing deals with the Black Market. Willing/Able to Mentor: Yes
Mukhaus
Name: Mukhaus,
or Muk for short Created by: Rupayo
Details: The muscle, graft expert, and master of the fish in these gardens Muk is very much Mindethia's "butler" and handyman. Known for getting things done he rather begrudgingly does much of the work around the Glasshouse Conservatories. Naturally a caring person he takes his time with everything, being rather methodical and even loving with the plants, trees, and fish within the Conservatories.
He would much rather be in charge, having that typical Edisi air of superiority, but does his duties-- even if he has to complain. On the more flamboyant side he can be catty and snide when he feels snubbed, but wouldn't dare say anything to Mindethia's face, prefering to mutter to himself when he's unhappy. Willing/Able to Mentor: Yes
Delthon Vibes
Name: Delthon Vibes Created by: Rupayo
Race: Ghost, formerly mixed sev'ryn, biqaj, and human Birthday/Age: Zi'da 24 598 Deceased: Zi'da 23 636 Title: "Haunt of the Glasshouse" Skills: Design; Grand Master
Engineering; Master
Possession; Master
Materialization; Expert
Physics; Expert
Business Management; Competent
Details:Still here after over 100 years Delthon Vibes, aka Haunt of Glasshouse, isn't going anywhere. A Phantom, he remembers some of his past life and that's why he haunts the Glasshouse, it's all he's known. He was the man to plan and build the current greenhouses that stand to this day. His use of wells is what killed him in the end, he will tell anyone this and laments it loudly. Fights with Mendethia constantly over how to run the Glasshouse, Delthon thinks he always knows what's best-- even though a few of his ideas are rather dated. He also likes to scare people, popping up at random to spook anyone even in the marketplace.
Attractive even after death, he has a melodic voice and a hearty laugh. A crotchety man he likes to give advice when none needs given, injecting his opinion on things when he really maybe should keep his mouth shut. Occasionally he will teach others about design or engineering, but he drives a hard bargain for this to be done. Willing/Able to Mentor: Yes

Memorial Gardens
Developed by Rupayo
Settled on the quiet outskirts of Viden is a patch of forest where people's friends, family, or even enemies are laid for their final rest. Flowing through this small garden is a river called Gryx where people go to let their loved one's ashes float down river to be carried out through a ritual of what is considered, "The Waters of Time and Peace". With the ground being solid year round it's impossible to dig graves for headstones or bodies, so the cremated ashes of the dead find their solace within these waters. The ashes that are sent down river have soiled the snow around the bed to the point where it's grey and even black in some places with the soot. Even after a fresh snowfall the ashes bleed through the snow, remnants of the people lost to time.
As part of the grieving process some people have taken to balancing rocks, also called cairns, on the shallow river out of respect for their loved ones and to give homage to their recently deceased. Many cairns can be seen in and around Gryx and it's sacrilege to knock any over, if a cairn is found knocked over most people will take the time to reconstruct it. If others don't, it's the caretaker's job to. The cairns represent the balance between life and death, precarious and dainty in its abstraction. Not everyone creates these cairns but those who do will often leave a trinket or other offering on the makeshift headstone to represent their loved one.
None are allowed in the cemetery after dark nor is anyone allowed to visit without checking in first at the Caretaker's cottage to take down the name, date of death of the deceased, and/or name of person visiting. This is to ensure that no one is coming here to rob the cairns or get up to "tom foolery" as Jaimus calls it. These details are added to a hulking, old, dusty tome that must weigh around 15 lbs. Those found trespassing are subject to being chased out by Jaimus Irdicus the Paltharnum caretaker of the cemetery who is armed with his trusty red-tailed hawk.
A hotbed for ghosts, this area is known for souls to collect, some deciding to remain after death here in this beautiful place. While most are merely Echoes, some much stronger ghosts reside in this forest making an un-life for themselves and they have all formed something of a small society within the eaves of the gardens.
Details:This imposing lizard-man revels in the death around him. Sour, hateful, and a force to be reckoned with he is nicknamed "Grave Digger" not because he digs graves, but because it is said that if he catches you breaking any rules he will put you in said grave. Jaimus is an all around dreadful person and everyone can agree that no one wants to ever have to spend more time with him than necessary. This man isn't without joy, in fact he delights in carrying out his duties as caretaker of the cemetery, but only because his personal philosophy is that the more people that die in Viden the closer the Ithecal are to their one true goal.
With his trusty hawk "Jaimus II" he haunts the cemetery as much as the ghosts here do keeping a watchful eye round the clock for mischief or other ill-doings. Keen eyes and light feet making him nearly impossible to escape and those that are caught trespassing well... let's just say you better be ready to make a "run for your money". It is a joke among the Viden citizens that he doesn't sleep and others have commented on how he sometimes seems to be in two places at once, always popping up where you least expect to give you loathsome looks.
