Not for Use (Old Wage Requests)

This thread exists so that wage requests can be submitted, approved, and made note of in one's prophet notes so that we can keep a solid tally of roughly how wealthy everyone is, and make sure that people are being appropriately paid for their work. As a note: I will not be grading any of the threads you submit here, and you should still submit those to the Review Queue.

Receiving a wage is a simple affair. Simply fill out the following form the first time that you'd like to be paid for your job. This post will remain upon the page forever, so make sure you don't include a bunch of typos... that'd be embarrassing
