Brief summary of what you plan to do in this thread: Woe is introducing Toutouye to the Chief Ranger, in hopes that Toutouye will be inspired to join the Rangers. They're going to investigate the area and find out if there was a backway into Egilrun through the interior of the island, for the attack that took place there. Also some family drama with Woe and Toutouye.

	Investigating the area - and it will need to be investigated thoroughly - finds a number of secret passageways and such that are not new, but have been relatively recently used. They are in places that have been checked / patrolled regularly and are VERY well hidden.

Brief summary of what you did.: Oram had a meeting with an impromptu collection of town elders (since Larksong Willow and Elliott are both MIA and possibly dead) to discuss recovery plans going forward. Major decisions:

To cope with the island's emergency lumber needs, Darbyton will re-open one of the sawmills closed after the Logging Consortium raid and work extra shifts for the next few tentrials. Priority will go to Gunvorton, so that they can fix their docks. Sorting out Almund's needs will come later. Oram will contact Shania to get an order for Gunvorton's lumber.

Oram will construct fishing weirs and smokehouses to catch and smoke additional fish in the creeks and rivers around Darbyton. This is to help mitigate the island's fish shortage, created by the devastation of Harvardr, as well as generate additional revenue for Darbyton, taking advantage of prospective higher prices for fish.

Oram will request additional funds from the Council to defray the costs of ramping up logging operations.

	Oram's suggestions and decisions are very well received. Lots of people are happy with that. This will have a big impact on the reputation of the Rangers and of Oram specifically. Shania will work closely with Oram and she will approve the extra money needed. There are calls for the Rangers to go Harvardr and rebuild there / find out what really happened.

Brief summary of what you plan to do in this thread: Woe wants to see if Whitbloom will play along and repair the pirate ships that had been damaged. He will purchase the ships himself, and possibly give them over to the command of whatever pirates can be wrangled to serve Egilrun.

	Quick note, the Slit Throat is at the bottom of the bay. The Falcon and The Wicked Reaver were the two that escaped. As to the matter of repairs, the shipwright is willing, but isn't sure the ships are safe to work on, since they might have traps or the like.

Brief summary of what you did: Oram and the Rangers continue to investigate the 120 Ashan attacks on Darbyton. Key points:

-At least one culprit has killed before.
-Elliott’s fate still undetermined. Body in his house was taken by the Doctor at Sawbones Shack, presumably for autopsy. Larksong Willow also still MIA.
-The Doctor is likely involved somehow. Oram and Jim will be investigating/staking out.
-Oram suspects a confederate in the Ranger HQ. Investigations to follow.
-The attackers withdrew across the river after they struck. Oram and Hop are sending patrols that way to locate their assembly area.
-The mysterious inquirers mentioned in Peg’s modnote used the cover story that they were couriers with the Watchers’ Union. Oram will look into that next time he’s in Egilrun.

Interesting stuff! The Doctor will jovialy and apparently openly and happily answer questions. He'll tell Oram about some shady characters who've been around in the last few seasons (feel free to make them up - he is!). He is very jovial and he is very believable (Master level Deception). Play to your skills in your own way, and if you're dubious that's fine. But there is literally NO incriminating evidence to be found. Assuming that Oram doesn't arrest him, the next morning he's gone. Gone gone. Gone gone gone. Not to be found. If you have someone watching him, unless they're in the room where he sleeps, he just .... disapoofs. Investigation will lead to finding some of those underground tunnels.....

Brief summary of what you did: Balthazar went to investigate the wreckage of the ships that the Candlestick Maker used in the attack on Almund. He discovers that whatever was blocking his magic seems to wear off within a few more attempts to use magic but more importantly (probably) he discovers a chest in the Candlestick Maker's cabin with a bunch of maps and drawings. The maps have details on all of the attacks that took place- except Egilrun as per the mod note. He also discovers drawings of a crystal known as the 'heart' or 'scalvheart' and notices that various religious places, as well as the mountains and the jungle, seem to have symbols indicating that the pirates were looking for the crystal there. After committing the maps and drawings into his special memory so that he can access the information, Balthazar turns them over to the Elements so that they can get them to Kura quickly. He pays particular attention to the attacks in places he wouldn't have expected- like Ishallr, the mountains, the jungle, and the Watch- but also to the attack plans for Haven.

Awesome work on letting folks know. Ishallr, the mountains etc - yeah. What they were looking for or why they went there just isn't clear at all. But - they most definitely did. The maps will tell Balth where they landed (or planned to) etc. So he could investigate and the maps will speed that up - but the actual information is likely to only be found by going there - if there's information to be found at all....

Brief summary of what you did: A lot of cleaning of the Ranger Headquarters. Oram has prepared an order for the major repairs/rennovations needed to send to the Logging Consortium. He will pay for these himself, at a cost of about 35 WP, as well as some in-tier donations of items. And he had requested that Elise Shmickel come to Darbyton to lend her expertise to the efforts.

Brief summary of what you plan to do in this thread: Kura orders that the pirate ships be deconstructed to be repurposed as building materials, states that refugee housing will be found, officially takes command of the Elements until either Rand wakes up or until a new Element can be trained, talks to the Assistants to make sure there won't be a problem from them, investigates the possibility of using old Water Element ships as refugee housing, and talks to Jacien to make sure he's in the clear.

	Noted. Jacien has no idea why he wasn't targeted. He'll suggest that it might have been because the Pirate Lords didn't know who he was, since he doesn't know how long these plans have been happening and he's been first very hidden then still quite quiet. Alternatively, he wonders if it was done to put suspicion on him. He's not lying.

Brief summary of what you plan to do in this thread: Balthazar takes a flight to the Watch to investigate and try to uncover what the pirates wanted with that location/ why they had an invasion mapped out for the Watch. He is going to rely on the pirate plans he found and his prior experience at the Watch to try and notice anything unusual or out of place. Failing that he will take a really good look around at everything.

It's like he's investigating a place that seems to have been burgled but IF he takes that really good look around then there's been nothing taken. The people here were looking for something.
