I will reply to the play again Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning (my time - GMT+1).

Andraska will play a solo on his cello right before the first act (and Tristan will welcome the king in the meantime). Kingdom has also given you an opportunity for a security breach, if you are interested in that.

Of course you are still allowed to join after my next post, especially if you are involved in the play in some way, as an actor or a songwriter for example.

Would it make sense for squires to be part of the general security during the play? My hunch is yes, but I just wanted to make sure.

I would think so, although nothing anywhere close to the King or in important locations. As an example, Sintih will most likely be posted at the entrance of the road to the back entrance checkpoint of the theater. So his job would most likely be to look good rather than to actually provide security.
