Those are on top of the "usual" for Tier 6, which is: "A Tier 6 building includes one small room, three average rooms, and two large rooms with average+ quality furnishings. Tier 6 buildings are big in size and are much more complex, not only in design but in aesthetics. They have an ample amount of room to live in, even with a big family. They are usually located within the upper-middle-class districts of a city." But keep in mind that the quality is very poor (although structurally sound) - for the building and furnishings - again, the furnishings are there - and were made with above average quality but they're old and dusty and etc. If you wish more rooms after this, you will need to purchase them, although they will be at half price if they come with the original building. Once it's all bought, additional rooms are at normal price

With a bad reputation, this charming and lovely house has been left to the wilds. What a waste of a property brimming with potential, but what an opportunity! Ideal for those non-superstitious souls who can see the potential for this to be, one trial, a truly beautiful property. Viewing highly recommended!

Player Note: This is a run down, ramshackle place which will require a LOT of work. It looks haunted and is near (of course) an old, abandoned graveyard. Any Other Details?: I have approval to use a small renown reward as 50% off the cost of this house. So the total cost to Kirei is 53 WP (86 WP for a tier 10 house halved to 43 WP with 4 WP for an extra average sized room, and 6 WP for 12 acres of land).

Any Other Details?: The front door is on the top floor balcony access (Small room for entrance alcove, and average sized room for a balcony that rings the top floor.), for flier access only. Will have 9 stories with a large room each.

A Tier 7 building includes one small room, three average rooms, and three large rooms with good-quality furnishings. Tier 7 buildings are big in size and are much more complex, not only in design but in aesthetics. They have an ample amount of room to live in, even with a big family. They are usually located within the upper-middle-class districts of a city.

So given that's on top of what was referenced in the entry, that'll be 3 + large rooms, and 2 of the average rooms will convert to another large room, making that 4 extra, large rooms, 1 average room left over as well as a small.
