So after this thread, Prae is gonna start a recruitment drive all through Ashan, and form three other groups of flavor NPCs:

Role: Rangers
Skills: Field Craft - 30
Division Leader: Clarissa (Personal NPC)

Role: Guards
Skills: Weapon - 20, Detection - 10
Division Leader: Perri (Business NPC)

Role: Healers
Skills: Medicine - 30
Division Leader: Ricky (Personal NPC)

I also would like to remove the notes saying how many of each NPC type Prae has — They're kind of pointless I think.

Would also like to add the leader of the guards as a business NPC

Date of Birth: 29th of Ashan, Arc 692
Skills: Detection - 30, Axe - 30, Bow - 30, Leadership - 10
Personality: A sharp eyed, sharp tongued young woman with a penchant for cards and dice, Perri leads the guard division of the Skydas company with a grin and a wink.

I've gone and made those additions and changes to your Business. Could you please provide me with a link to Clarissa's (as well as any other personal NPC that works for Skydas) here so I can add them? Just the link, don't need the full information, as that would get to be too much to update.

Hi Praetorum,

So I seem to have made an error with the way I perceived Mercenary Companies as functioning. What you have here in Skydas company, is essentially three businesses in one. A dojo (Martial arts school), a mercenary company, and a arms and armor shop. So we'll have to separate out the dojo and arms/armor shop from that. If you want to pursue those activities with Skydas company, you'll have to do so as separate businesses. Apologies for the inconvenience, this is a going forward change.
