It’s a shame that this thread was never finished. I was really curious about what would happen if you tried to Graft an Immortal’s flesh. Could you ultimately have used that to produce an artificial Mortalborn?
Anyway, I was amused by the sign outside of Rakvald’s business. A sign with severed arms and kidneys and such is very appropriate though, considering what he is trying to “sell”!
I wonder what would have happened if he had introduced himself with the words “I’ll be your butcher today”! It’s probably a good thing that he didn’t say that to Tio after all though.
Although, seeing as Tio is a bit on the eccentric side …
In my opinion, Rakvald handled the revelation that Tio was an Immortal surprisingly well, everything considered. I agree with his thinking that madness and godhood aren’t mutually exclusive, by the way!
The last bit where the lump of flesh started to wobble and grow gloopy was definitely interesting. I wonder what would have happened next. Hopefully, there’ll be another thread like that again sometime. Maybe Tio’s not the only Immortal who is willing to take part in such an experiment?
Anyway, enjoy your rewards!
