Hello!

New to this community, so I'd figured I'd introduce myself. This site caught my eye quite a bit of time ago - months, even, but due to life being life I never had the chance to try and participate. That's changed a bit, which means I can finally spare time to RP!

I do have some experience with roleplay, both forum-based and non, though mostly of the sci-fi variety. I'm not new to fantasy, per se, but I definitely am to a fantasy-themed forum!

Still perusing the lore book for ideas, though I'll freely admit I'm quite stumped as to where I would start out and what character direction to take. Generally, I like the standard 'adventurer' type: the type of wanderer who sets out to discover more or less ancient ruins in order to steal everything which isn't bolted down-- then steal the bolts and everything that subsequently isn't bolted anymore. I'm also very partial to magic, and I especially like this site's original take on it. From what I've read so far, Rupturing and Aberration in particular stand out.

Anyway, I've ranted for long enough. Everyone here seems really friendly, so I can't wait to make the acquaintance of everyone!
