Hi guys,
so I'm still pretty new to ST but I'm an old hand at RP and I like to think I can write. At least I can string together coherent sentences and make paragraphs once in a while and such. More relevantly, I can pretty much write on command. For the rest of this month, I'm somewhat lacking in time to write all that much but I'll be starting a new job with a less demanding schedule in May and a commitment to write more.
Since I'll hopefully have some extra time on my hands with that setup I'd like to offer something to the community.
I'd like to offer to take on the role of support characters. Plural since they probably wouldn't be all that prolifically written for. A thread here, a thread there. I'd have to clear this with the people upstairs whether such characters would need full CSes and get full gains and all that, ie. whether they need to have full protagonis status or whether we can finagle this another way. There's a couple caveats however:
Said characters should play an important supporting role that helps with or even furthers story progression or character development. Being Gar'rek's meatslave does not fall into this category. Sorry.
They can however have an expiration date baked in. The tormentor your character eventually overcomes sounds easy enough to play. In fact, I'd prefer a finite arc since I can only juggle so many of these concepts.
Conversely they probably shouldn't be people you'd care to have around all the time. They probably won't have Marks since the approval process takes away staff resources better spent on protagonist level characters. Neither will they be nobles (cause I already got this one) or Mortalborn.
I will clarify and update this as I can think of it. I just wanted to get this out while I'm still stark raving mad.
If this sounds like something you could use give me your pitch below.
Ciao!

Well, I still like the idea of having a lower person to serve Ahrin, my Endor Noble. He's probably going to be taking classes at the Scalvoris campus so you wouldn't have to worry about using him or her constantly, but perhaps they help him out with taking notes in a nicer handwriting if I gave him terrible handwriting, or remind him when essays and projects are due and stuff like that, stuff not needed in every thread per se but still would give cause to have them around. Maybe he has a place in Scalv or something to stay at and they clean up once in a while, taking care of the stuff he doesn't necessarily know how to clean himself? Or they could even only pop in once in a while with care packages, spruce up the place, make sure he didn't forget so and so and take off again, leaving you free to involve other minor characters with other people. I'm open to working on the details and tweaking whatever as it is just a general idea at best and a terribly explained one at worst.

Kaladis could really do with a regular person to write with in the hotlands! Even now and again would be welcome.
Let’s talk long term then if you want a significant role for a character. This is very gradual what I am talking about here, in all his threads so far he’s only just started to make inroads into any of these options.
1) An Aurora Assassin, looking to partner in crime with him. I just made an NPC for this but I’d be happier roleplaying the intrigue with a player. You will know the Aurora bit by bit, and with Kaladis help ascend the organization! The Makers can work for this too.
Aurora | Makers
2) A fellow Necromancer looking to unlock the deepest darkest secrets of magic that exist in Idalos and bring them under his will. This either goes towards magical dominion or creating an undead army in the desert, but I didn’t really say that of course, we are merely doing arcane research there! Who will help head this magical dominion or Who will lead this army? Not Kaladis of certainly if there is a better candidate; that can be you! Kaladis desires power, not conquest, or so he will tell you
I am thinking a triumvirate if this works. Three characters sharing dominion over either something magical or part of the hotlands, but this is a Looooong way off if we go this route. It’s merely one of many scenarios another being:
3) A priest or priestess of Audrae, looking to spread the shadows far and wide. This can be a seer of shadows, or a more vocal variety of preacher, or perhaps better a hidden type of influencer. I’ve started developing that plot arc here now. Shadowmancy
4) Golemcrafting! What is better than golem crafting, having golems work for you! Setting up our own little paradise under the earth, or above it as you like.
5) If you like the imperial army instead, we can side with the invaders and help them conquer nashaki from the inside out, for suitable status and restitution of course! We can also do the opposite, again negotiating some sort of reward.
So there you go, some ideas, I am game for any of them.
NB Realise you are not interested in nobility, but I am leaving this last one up in case anyone else wants a go at it, as I was getting all these ideas out there:
A Noble Dark Prince, Looking to reclaim his families long lost desert throne. (Kaladis doesn't want the limelight, someone else can have that!)
This fits as Kaladis wants to build a network of spies, starting in Nashaki and when he links up with the cabal, the world. So someone can win their lands or title gradually in cloak and dagger threads. – We’d need to get Basilisks approval on this, as with several of these.
