Other Information: While Vidar is a third generation Faction VII member, most of Warrick region knows him as an immigrant from Rharne by the name of Dave Halford who works as a traveling brewer. Vidar's cover serves two fold, with one benefit being that it allows him to get a general feel of when it would be best for the various Faction VII groups working under Vishal's banner to lie low and where it would be best for them to attack. In addition, his cover as a travelling merchant means that Faction VII groups can use his wagons to smuggle loot and goods from various caches across Warrick towards their mountain base. Technically placed under Valkyr's command, Vidar just as often takes orders from Vishal or other highwayman who need loot transported. Fights with a short bow.

Other Information: Having been taken by Athartian raiders as a very young child and almost immediately sold to a wealthy merchant from Nashaki, Vanir was raised purely as a weapon by her owner, forced to compete in arena fights and knowing little to nothing of peace or kindness, or even her own name, only the helpless rage satiated by the blood of her opponents and the taunting lure of freedom. But it wasn't until her master visited Rynmere that Vanir got her chance at freedom, when Faction VII attacked him mid-travel. Vainly, her master ordered her to defend him but Vanir refused to come to his aid, or that of his guards. When one of the bandits, a woman riding a winged beast and carrying a spear, approached the slave, Vanir asked to be allowed to butcher the merchant herself, offering her loyalty to the bandits in return. The woman agreed and freed Vanir, letting the Sev'ryn slave finally get the revenge she had so long desired. This was Vanir's first meeting with Valkyr, who would eventually become her commander and more, for eventually Valkyr took Vanir as her lover. She now serves as member of Valkyr's raid group and occasionally her assassin in extreme situation. Uses a pair of claws in combat.

Other Information: The nephew of Benjamin Stone, Trevor eagerly followed in his uncles footsteps and joined the Xiur Skyriders. Due to the death of Benjamin's Volareon and his subsequent retirement, Trevor doesn't have a close relationship with his uncle, though Trevor understands why and doesn't push matters. Despite how Benjamin's Volareon died, Trevor is still loyal to Rynmere and doesn't know of or share his uncles connection to Faction VII. Uses a lochaber axe and tower shield in battle and rides a spotted Volareon.

Other Information: The youngest son of Duke Thomas Andaris, Gavin grew up fully at home in the treacherous waters of the court of Rynmere. Now an adult, Gavin maneuvers to help Cassander Renault keep his head and his throne, as he believes the young man could potentially make a fine king. However, this loyalty does not extend to his wife, Freya. In fact, Gavin actively works to have Freya replaced by someone who would be better for both Rynmere and Cassander, by whatever means he feels he has to use.

Bard's Corner

There are Bard's Corners spread out throughout the city of Andaris. Many are located around various shops. But there is also one not too far from the city gate, and others along man roads within the city. These aren't actual street corners as much as they are designated areas where bards, and other street entertainers can set up and perform without fear of being run off by patrolling guards, or irate merchants, who often take the street entertainer's profits as punishment for causing trouble. In fact, the opposite is true. Since the Bard's Corners are patrolled regularly by the city guards, they are safe places where an entertainer can perform without fear of being harmed by an unruly crowd, or having their hard earned money stolen from them.

People who live in the city of Andaris know where these dedicated areas are, so if they are in the mood for some entertainment that is easily affordable, they know where to go. Likewise, people visiting the city soon learn where at least one of these areas are. Those who come to watch the bards and entertainers perform are under no obligation to pay the performers. Instead, they are free to toss as much (or as little) as they wish into a container set out for tips.

Some Bard's Corners have a better reputation for good talent than others do. These tend to draw the best crowds. So while a performer who wishes to use one does not have to sign up in advance to do so, it is best to get there early in the day as it is strictly first come, first serve. The best corners, those likely to draw a steady crowd of passersby, require the performers to pay a fee for their use. As a result, only the most skilled performers, or those who have come into a windfall and are hoping to make a name for themselves tend to perform there. There is a locked box attached to a post at these locations where the performer pays their fee. These boxes are checked regularly by the guards patrolling the area. Performing at one of these locations without paying the fee is punishable by a heavy fine, and possibly jail time or time working in the Endor mines if one cannot afford to pay the fine.

Other Information: Born into the Andaris family, Evelyn was practically raised in the docks. It came quite naturally to her to observe the goings on in the place as a child, though when she came into her own profession, she sought her piece far from there. Using her own property as a place to produce common vintages of wine, Evelyn often seeks out those that can help her advance her business. It would seem that the woman has, as of late, thrown herself into her work, the recent death of her husband changing her into a workaholic who strays from the common societal norm of socializing with others. Few know what else Evelyn does with time, though rumours spark of men visiting her in the evening.

Andaris Gala and Winery

Luxury. If there was a common characteristic that ran through nobleman's blood it would be the need to celebrate extravagantly. The Andaris family quickly saw the opportunity to profit from that trait and thus, the intricately crafted gala was built for hosting any event a member of a royal family could desire, from elegant weddings to lavish parties.

Located in the top tier of the city, the entrance to the gala gave a taste of what lie inside. Two large oak doors swung outward, revealing a large staircase broken into two flights going upwards, it's smooth surface reflecting the lights that lined the walls. During events, formally dressed servants stood at the base of the stairs, greeting guests. At the top stood another set of servants, announcing the name and status of the arrival.

The gala itself was just as impressive as the entrance made believe. Beautifully decorated floors and a high vaulted ceiling welcomed the guests. A large room, filled with tables and chairs off to the right and long tables covered with every food imaginable lined the left, between where guests would spend most of their time. An empty square sat off in the back, reserved for dancing, five men sitting with instruments, cheery music playing in the background.

As successful as the gala had been, it was not always rented out or in use. So the Andaris family expanded the business, building a store front off to the right of the entrance. Inside was a simple but cozy shop, a counter in the far back. A door behind it led down into a large wine cellar. An impressive array of wines filled the cool room to be purchased by buyers both in bulk and individually.

Rafael grew up outside Andaris City, working the fields alongside his family. He was a just a simple man living a simple life until his niece got married: to the Baron. Mary and Rafael had been close growing up but she had aspirations and moved into the city. From that point on, he rarely saw her. Until one day she came to him out of the blue and asked him to run the winery her husband had created. She felt it best to keep management within the family and he had the experience needed to make it a success. So for the last forty arcs, Rafael had been placed over the winery, making it thrive until one day, another from within the family would come and take his place.

Other Information: Lucien Shiryu is a very successful merchant, who specializes in steel. He has an excellent reputation, and has been known to do business with the noble families. Lucien is a charming man with a good sense of fashion, and humor. Many people find it difficult to dislike him, and even harder not to respect him. The man has an air about him that commands respect. He likes the finer things in life, and it shows. While he never over indulges, he wears only the finest quality clothes, and eats only the finest quality foods.

He is a very controlled, disciplined man. No one he is trying to impress will ever see any signs of his temper. But he does have one, and it can be quite violent at times if he ever unleashes it completely. Lucien does not have friends. He has people he is trying to impress in order to further his goals, people who work for him, allies, rivals, and enemies. He knows what he would be willing to do in order to obtain what he wants, and would never trust another enough to consider them a friend, out of suspicion that they would do the same. Lucien is confident in his own abilities. Perhaps too confident as his confidence comes across as arrogance at times unless he is careful not to show it.

Lucien is a very proud man, who feels as though he has a right to take anything he wants. If there is a legal way to get what he wants, he will use it. But when there isn't, he will do what must be done to achieve his goal. Or pay someone else to do it for him. He isn't afraid of hard work, but if he can pay someone else to do it for him, he will. And he usually can.

But there is a darker side to the man. Although he is not part of Faction VII himself, he does have strong connections to it. He is in a position to give them information that they would not be able to get in other ways. Lucien feeds them information on important trade caravans. Who is carrying what. What trade routes they are taking, and when they are departing. How many guards travel with them, and so on. In exchange, when he wants someone bullied into silence, or obedience, punished, or even killed, he can call on them, and have it done.
