Information: Frostpears appear similar to any other pear in shape and size, but are a rich shade of blue in colour, with a light cerulean inside that glitters with what looks like tiny icicles, hence its name. This fruit is unique, in that it only becomes ripe during Zi'da and Cylus, making crops highly valued during these seasons for their durability in cold temperatures. When eaten, the fruit exhibits an exceptionally crunchy texture and gives those who eat it minty breath. It can be used in fruit salads and fruit deserts, but cannot be used in any dishes requiring cooking, as extreme heats cause the Frostpear to turn sour. Overindulgence in this fruit has also been known to result in hypothermia.
