Brief summary of what you plan to do in this thread: He calls Whitbloom's bluff about traps on the ships, and tells him to inspect them anyway. If there are hazards, Woe will cover their expenses and compensation for the injured.

He also enlists his personal NPC Crawford Shipley to oversee and supervise the repairs on the defenses of Egilrun, the naval defenses and such.

	You find that these ships aren't actually trapped, but any chests, store-rooms, or such are locked. Keys are found in the personal effects of the arrested Pirate Lords and also the acting captain of The Wicked Reaver. There's enough on hand to cover the costs of inspection and some left over to maybe hire some a few mercenaries and their crews.
