Hello fellow PCs!
We all, most of us I suppose, like getting our threads reviewed by another person. It's a necessary step to get graded by another player, as there may be issues with our threads that we're too close to really identify. It's the only thing that really legitimizes the progression system and ensures that impacts upon the game world are impactful and worthy of note. It'd be the easiest thing to switch to a more free self-review system where our PCs actions are permitted without regard for their impact, and the impact of their actions are not held to any sort of standard of realism or continuity. At that point we may as well make the game non-progression based and freeform, because we'd be writing effectively in a vacuum.
To that end, I ask that anyone who was a peer reviewer in the past or wishes to become one join us in reviewing threads. I'll not lie but we're getting far behind on reviews, with the last review as of writing this having been posted 41 days ago. Discord is available for support for peer reviewers, but not mandatory. At any rate, we offer full support to our peer reviewers wherever their judgement lies on various threads.
And if point bank and adoration of staff isn't enough to motivate you, reviewing other peoples' threads gets your threads reviewed sooner!
So please do consider joining up.
