There are individual discords for the different regions. Do you know where you'd like to play? You can message the moderator for that region and get an invite to the regional discord that way.

As Mel'drin said, the list of cities and their mods can be found in the link they provided. We have separate city chats, not a unified discord. So let us know where you'd like to start here and we'll get the mod to send you a invite.
