Raskalwisp

Habitat: ~ Delroth's Folly (in Aeva's Peak), and other places that Raskalarn allows her devoted dead to carry on an their eternal duty, whatever it might entail.
Lifespan and Development: Immortal
Diet: Ectoplasm, but Wisps are mostly sustained by Famula's power.
Temperament: Famula was travelling the Eternal Empire's territories one arc, many centuries ago, when she came upon a group of ghostly apparitions who had once fallen in battle. When offering to help them pass on, or else join her Lantern and return to her care, she was struck by their refusal.
At first outraged by their defiance, her disposition softened when they pleaded their great devotion and service to Raskalarn and the Eternal Empire. She was so moved by their service to another Immortal, that she brought them to the attention of Raskalarn, and offered her a pact.
She would sustain these loyal soldiers wherever they arose, and to exist in eternal undeath in Raskalarn's service, if she would aid in the defeat of the Dead King and his legions and forestall any possibility of him returning to Idalos.
Abilities:
Ability 1 ~ All of the abilities of a wisp, plus the ability to summon a weapon of ectoplasm, that has power to sever Ephemera, Ectoplasm, and Ether.
Ability 2 ~ Complete devotion to Raskalarn. Only at least an Exalted Zuuda or Famula herself could sway the Raskalwisp from fulfilling its duty.
Weaknesses:
Weakness 1 ~ Slavish and rigid devotion to their sworn duty, which is often very specific and binds them to an anchored location or else an enemy of the Empire.
Weakness 2 ~ Same as any wisp or ghost.
