Name Terisa
Race: Mixed; 1/2 Biqaj, 1/2 Human
DoB: 53rd Ashan, 703
Title: Blue Cloaked member of the Order of Adunih
Skills: Brewing: Competent, Caregiving: Competent, Field Craft: Novice, Gardening: Expert, Medicine: Competent, Teaching: Competent
Both of Terisa's parents were blue cloaked members of the Order of Adunih. They both specialized in herbs and herbal remedies. For that reason, they lived on a farm in the Stormlands so they could grow the herbs they needed to make the remedies that they made for the Order.
When Terisa was thirteen she lost her entire family, parents, and four older siblings to a bandit attack that she survived only because she was hiding in a different spot than her older siblings were and she stayed hidden when they tried to help their parents when they were injured. She was helpless to defend her home when the bandits attacked, and she was helpless when her family died of their injuries. Some died quickly, and others did not. That experience left a very strong impression on her, and she vowed that she would never be helpless again.
With both parents in the Order, she had already been thinking about following their footsteps. Although they did not teach her anything about medicine, she did help out in the gardens, and discovered a powerful love for the work. And she loved the idea of growing and gathering plants that could be made into remedies that could help people. After seeing her family die, her path was certain. She joined the Order the trill she graduated from school, and she's never looked back.
Terisa has studied everything she can get her hands on in every medical field. Her passion is for making herbal remedies and tending to the herbs she needs to make them, but she will be the first to jump in wherever she is needed. With her calm, gentle demeanor, she is especially good with children so she will often try to help keep them calm when they are brought to the clinic. Likewise, she is very good at soothing and calming those who have been traumatized.

Re: Terisa
Heya Seira, let's get to this last NPC:
A few things:
A few things:
- Too many skills. You've established her focus on herbalism and such. Maybe focus on fieldcraft, brewing, gardening, and maybe a few other skills. She has waaay too many.
- Her parents were a gray cloak and a gold cloak. These are very high ranks within the Order, high impact, it almost feels anticlimatic for them to have died in a bandit raid. I mean, it's possible, but likely such important members of the Order would've had the sense to hire protectors for their selves if not for their household. Also, you didn't mention how it was that she survived the bandit attack when everyone else died.
- The personality and rest of the background looks okay to me.

Re: Terisa
I have cut back and downgraded her skills. I have also explained how she survived the raid, and changed her parents to being blue cloaks.

Re: Terisa
I'm just going to say it and copy paste to all three NPCs that you've submitted. I'm not happy with these npcs. They're not fit to run a band-aid stand, let alone the Dust Quarter Clinic in one of the highest demand places for healing in Rharne. Not as high ranking (blue or gold) cloaks in any section of the order. They're green cloak material at best, as they are the ones in obvious need of guidance.
Ayrana isn't guiding anyone with her lack of skill as a healer, and her complete lack of caregivin and leadership.
Darryl has attitude problems. He wouldn't last long in the Order.
Terisa is the only one that approaches even mildly acceptable but not as a blue cloak.
I suggest you work out the if and how you're going to join the Order before you jump the gun with developing NPCs for it. Faith is the leader of the Order in Rharne currently. She is available to roleplay with. I suggest you take advantage of that potential resource and learning experience, if you're serious about joining the order with Seira. Since the Order is a player faction led by Faith, she will develop any needed NPCs for the Order in Rharne.
