As an animal, Sarbi was a lone pup, travelling alone. Until the day Saoire arrived, changing his life forever. As he changed to a Cadouri he felt so much, gratitude and love in a way he had never felt before as a lonely animal. Yet all the adventure he had experienced remained - the energy and excitement as he ran through the wild.
Loving every moment of Saoire's teachings, Sarbi was a playful addition to the Cadouri, loving to roll around in the sun and swim across any source of water he could find. Alongside some other Cadouri he had befriended, Sarbi would visit the beach daily and go swimming with his friends, the group loving nothing more than to splash around with eachother, race in the water and feel the sand between their toes. Every teaching Saoire gave stuck with Sarbi for his entire life - all except for one.
While he was raised on non-violence, it didn't take long for the Wolfdog to realize that he would need to open his mind beyond that. Everything was peaceful with his fellow Cadouri, but that would not always be the way. So as Saoire explained the reason Idalos had a military, and taught of what the military did and what war meant for the world, and how the Cadouri and their peace could help prevent it - Sarbi's inquisitive mind worked. Despite his trust in Saoire, and his deep love for what she had given him, he was skeptical of his ability to change the world through inaction. Rather, he made a decision to find a cause he believed in and fight for it, as many brave Idalosians had.
Then, once he finally made it to Idalos, he did so - joining the Elements. Saoire had gifted him a beautiful Spyglass as a parting gift, as he had loves the oceans so much and she knew his plans to go sailing. It didn't take long for the man to realize that he was almost destined for the Water branch of the Elements, loving the idea of working a boat and sailing across waters, so he got to work. During his time with the Earth Elements, he had picked up the basics of blades, finding the use of a Saber particularly enjoyable. With some time and practice, he got the basics of the blade, practicing against other trainees and even winning one of his training duels. Then, as he learned the basics of a boat, he was finally assigned to a crew and became an official Trooper of the Water Elements - his journey beginning.
