He mostly does business among people who are missing limbs and other body parts from accidental injuries. He will not turn away anyone that wishes for something out of the ordinary, however. Chronic drunkard? How about an extra liver and kidneys fashioned from milk thistle and peppermint? Heart problems? Not anymore, you now have the heart of a mountain lion! And the list goes on.
