Does the thread in which we receive / craft the gift need to have been reviewed by December 19th? Or is it sufficient for it to have been submitted for review?

If you just read down you'll see the answer is "neither of the above!"

The timeline for this is as follows:
1. You sign up here before December 8th.
2. You receive a PM with your gift recipient (Secret Character) by December 10th.
3. You then PM (on site, please, not Discord) Pegasus & Munchkin with a description of your gift (and a link showing where you got it / made it - this might be just a link to your CS) by December 19th. Participants who do not provide their gift before this date will not be able to receive their own gift.
4. Munchkin & Pegasus (possibly with some help from our elves... the National Elf Service) - will post on the 20th December.
-- For the Face to Face Option - we will post a brief starter post putting the 2 pcs together. This will be machinated by Saoire, and when completed can be reviewed as normal.
-- For the Socially Distanced Option - we will post a single post per recipient which details your gift. If you choose to extend this appropriately, this can be reviewed as normal.

By the 19th, you need to send me / Munch the gift - there's no requirement for the crafting of the gift. If you're crafting it, then you should be able to point us at the thread you're crafting it in, ideally - but we're not going to be horribly stringent on that. If you're crafting something and have the skill level to do so, we're moderately relaxed.
