The Rharne Constitutional
The city is notified at the start of Ashan, that throughout Ashan the Thunder Priesthood will be sponsoring drinking and brawling competitions across all the taverns of Rharne. Those who wish to participate must register at the Thunder Den by the 16th of Ashan 723 (15th of March). Those who manage to earn the most tavern tokens by winning or ranking high in either drinking competitions or brawling bouts, will be named the winner. There will be a King/Queen of Cups (FIrst Place Winner), and King/Queen of Clubs (Second Place Winner), Ace of Cups (Third Place Runner-Up), Ace of Clubs (Fourth Place Runner-Up) decided upon the completion of the event, held in the Tavern that ended up giving out the most tokens.
