Tier 7 10+ A Tier 7 building includes one small room, three average rooms, and three large rooms with good-quality furnishings. Tier 7 buildings are big in size and are much more complex, not only in design but in aesthetics. They have an ample amount of room to live in, even with a big family. They are usually located within the upper-middle-class districts of a city.

History of the Property: The property was originally known as the Bennett Orphanage. It was owned by a lovely couple collectively known as the Bennetts. Charlize was a successful trader of textiles and leathers. She never achieved world recognition, but her career was lucrative. Serah was a traveling busker, and had achieved some moderate renown in some select cities, singing and playing instruments at a wide variety of taverns as well as political and noble courts. The two eventually decided to take the money they made in their two lives and settle down. The built a large house, and began taking in orphans from around Rharne. The two dedicated their lives to helping improve the lives of the orphans and match them to loving parents. The couple ran this orphanage for forty arcs together. As they grew too old to maintain it themselves, they made an aggressive campaign to reach out and find good parents. In early 720, they managed to find a home for every orphan in their care, and once the last had found a home, they sold the orphanage. The two now live with their children in a comfortable house in the Earth Quarter, retired and happy.

Description: The Bennett House sits on a corner lot, one block due east from the Order of Adunih in the Earth Quarter. It has a small, yard wrapping around the house, with a wooden fence containing it. The house has a cozy façade, and could easily be confused for an inn. Upon entering the front door, one will find themselves in a small entryway, with a set of stairs heading to the second floor, and three doorways. To the left of the doorway is the library, to the right is the common room, and straight ahead past the stairs is the kitchen/dining room. Up the stairs is a single hallway. There are three bathrooms, one at both ends of the hallway, and one in the middle, with seven bedrooms filling the spaces between.
