A life of ease and freedom have left Cassandra looking youthful and happy, nearly all the time. Though she'd had a few tough things to deal with, for the most part, she was raised in a loving and supportive household. This means her full head of blonde hair is typically brushed, and tied back with a red or gold ribbon. Her eyes, which change colours like her father's, are almost always a bluish-lavender, denoting her happiness. Her teeth are straight and white, and often she has a quizzical or caring look on her face.
Lithe and slender, she is graceful when she walks, though she doesn't notice. Instead, she enjoys the world around her as much as she can.

Personality
The first thing many note about Cassandra is that she is typically very positive, almost annoyingly so sometimes. Having developed a tender bedside manner, she tends to treat everyone she meets as if they are wounded in a triage bed, and so she is often soft-spoken and polite. In spite of this, she is rarely in a strange mood, choosing the company of silence rather than companions.
She prefers to observe situations, acting only should her skills be required. Typically one to remove herself from situations of conflict, she only intervenes if there are wounded who desperately need her skills. For those beyond her skills of saving, she is happy to oblige easing their pain as much as she can... And disposing of the bodies in her own way.
Though she is often happy and upbeat, she is also a voracious student of life and death, and all its sensations in between. Instilled in her from her childhood, Cassandra is obsessed with the philosophy of what it is to be, and what that means is life itself. Her father, who took his obsession to the extreme, left her with a memorable souvenir after his passing, and with it, an extreme penchant to study the world.

History
~ Birth ~
Born the only child of Bryj and Nevea Nji'Gwar in Ne'haer, Cassandra had a full head of glistening blonde hair. Her parents always said they thought she was a Spirit of Beauty after her birth, but she always assumed it was just parental coddling. Though, she was a very adorable baby. Large cheeks were tinted pink, and she didn't cry at her birth. She just observed her new life with large, bluish-lavender orbs. Her parents took her home, and vowed to give her the best life the two of them could.
~ Early Childhood ~
Quick to learn, Cassandra began to walk and talk at an early age. Her parents encouraged her mental growth, and often spoke to her as though she were full grown even before she could understand them. This augmented her natural talent, and soon she was walking and talking everywhere.
Soon, she followed her father down into his workshop, which she remembered being frigid. He would toil and toil, typically giving her a wooden doll to keep her attention. At that age, she did not understand that it was strange that the doll wasn't like the others.

~ Childhood ~
Her seventh name day was a very special one. Though they rarely celebrated namedays, her father took her down into his workshop once again. Once there, he would teach her the way to observe everything for its quality. On the cold bodies he kept on the slab, he showed her that those natural qualities could be used to gain unnatural effects. He explained to her that his life's work was one of true altruism: by discovering how to transfer qualities between materials, he could elevate the mortal races to the true architects of the world. He was so calm about it that Cassandra never knew he was a zealot.
Every trial, she would follow her father, and he would teach her how to quickly identify the substances that made up the objects around her. He would show her the heat of a fire and the strength of steel. These things, he told her, would be able to be transferred to other materials. And before her eyes, she warmed the doll in her hand to the heat of the fire. She dropped it, and when it hit the ground, it cracked and splintered. There was a price, after all.

~ Teenage Arcs ~
Now earning full marks in schola, Cassandra divided her time equally between her studies and her evenings with her father. She understood more at that time, and decided to trust in her father's vision rather than condemn him for it. She worked tirelessly to learn all he could teach her, becoming proficient as a healer and medic, and learning to use the traits of the natural world to her advantage.
At the ripe age of sixteen arcs, her father gave her his final gift before his life ended from disease. He initiated her into the Domain Magic he'd been hiding from her the entirety of her life. As a Transmuter, Bryj Nji'Gwar was doing more than just tending to the bodies and teaching his daughter medicine. He was playing with the qualities of the living form and Transmutation, unsuccessfully trying to use his own Ether to Transmute organic material. He demanded that Cassandra continue his work, and she promised in a moment of weakness.
