Ini'ra is short and thin, with tanned skin, mostly clear save for an occasional blush or few spots of teenage acne that still manage to make an appearance. Her hair is a deep brown, bordering on black, and her eyes are of similar make. She would describe herself as boyish - small chested and a figure lacking in curvaceousness; Ini'ra usually being conflicted over her own femininity, wishing, but unwilling to do anything about it. Preoccupied with her hobbies and chores, she keeps her attire simplistic, not often straying from traditional Sev'ryn attire of furs and leather, and wears her hair long, sometimes braided or thrown up into a messy bun.
Her feet often lack shoes, enjoying the feel of soil and grass between her toes instead of squished into heavy boots. She likes to display her connection to nature by decorated her flesh with temporary henna tattoos, waiting for the day she bonds with her familiar and a permanent one will arise.
Tattoos
Two independent tattoos on her feet - one of a tree with barren leaves, another in full bloom. When she puts her feet together, it creates a singular image. She received this as a child in traditional Sev'ryn fashion to remind her she is never alone.

Description
Personality:
Agreeable - Ini'ra, perhaps in her youth and naivety, resides on the compassionate side, more likely to attempt a diplomatic, cooperative approach to new people or situations. She first focuses on trust, kindness, and affection rather than hold suspicion for others. As a result, she hates the mistreatment of other creatures - including slavery or wasteful killing.
Spiritual - Not having yet bonded with a familiar, Ini'ra works hard to understand herself and the world so that one day she might be able to. Focusing on immortals and their intentions, she aims to figure out her standing in the world, as well as her purpose. As far as her calling is concerned, she is aware that it has to do with the caring of animals - both gentle and hostile, but has otherwise come up short. Using her loyalty and respectfulness, she can often be found integrating prayers in her everyday actions.
Gullible - Being naturally trusting has its downfalls, and Ini'ra is no different. Not yet experienced in matters of the world or even all the facts, her young mind will try to find answers, not always coming to correct solutions. While she has a strong curiosity, if one were to be believably dishonest, it wouldn't take much for this young Sev'ryn to fall for it.

Pre-Creation
Unlike some of the other Sev'ryn children, whose parents took upwards of a year to name, Sa'shia knew her daughter's name the moment she laid eyes on the young babe. "Ini'ra," she whispered, a crying bundle being placed into her exhausted arms, "Her name will be Ini'ra for she will follow a just path," the new mother smiled, her fingers lightly tracing the girl's red cheeks and chuckling at the patch of black hair on her head, "She's beautiful."
"Indeed," Idibo agreed, gathering up the soiled rags that had been used for the birth. Her silver hair was tied up in braids and in the pale glow of the iyo lamps, looked just as tired, "But are you sure to name her so soon?" She sat on the edge of the bed and reached to touch her first grandchild, leaning in to kiss her daughter's cheek, "What if she is a young, reckless spirit?" a small smile pulled at the older woman's lips, amused by the thought.
"Then she will be young and reckless," Sa'shia looked lovingly at her daughter, "And justice will be her name."
Over the years, it proved that Ini'ra was indeed clumsier than some of the other kids her age, but she was a very obedient girl, hardly complaining of chores and listening to the stories of Moseke's history with a attentive ear. Her curiosity was like blatant wildfire, never quenched until the next question left her lips, "Why did Lisirra send the plague?"
Her mother blinked in surprise, pausing in her gardening to look up at the small girl before her, "Because she was cast out by Moseke, goddess of Life," she rubbed her hands together, bits of soil crumbling from her fingertips, "I suppose she was angry and wanted revenge."
This answer was an interesting one to Ini'ra, who pondered on it for an entire day, before approaching her mother who was cooking dinner, as if not time had passed at all between their conversations, "What kind of experiments was Lisirra doing on Moseke's people?"
Her mother paused, setting down the green beans she had been snapping and cocking a head at her daughter, "There is talk, but I do not know for sure. Perhaps that is a mystery for you to learn," Sa'shia reached out to pull her daughter close, and looked into her eyes and brushing dark bangs away from her face, "Why are you so interested in the Decay Goddess? Should I be worried?"
"No," Ini'ra smiled and her mother smiled back. She felt that her soul was pure, strong. Not weak or corrupted, "Maybe Lisirra's feelings were hurt. Maybe they can make up."
A soft sigh, "I don't think so, child," she paused for a moment, "You're heart is big enough to consider goodness in a person who plagued our people," Sa'shia shook her head, reaching out to regather her work, "Be careful not to let your compassion fool you."
Over the years, as she learned to bake from her grandmother, she asked similar bold questions of race and religion. No knowledge was discouraged, no answer shamed. Some responses were handled with reluctant care, but they spoke truth to Ini'ra, some of the harsher details left for her father to teach. When she wasn't in the kitchens, she could be found in the garden, sneaking a number of plants and animals into their house. While they praised her relationship with the natural world, her father felt it was time to teach her a different type of respect.
He began a new type of education for her, instructing her how to craft her own arrows, and where to shoot an animal to give it a quick, painless death. Ini'ra was upset at first, but has since grown an understanding of the circle of life, and that killing another creature can be respectful and even necessary for personal survival. On days not spent with the other women in her life or with her friends, Ini'ra could be found spending time in the wild, hunting food with her father, or dabbling in the skill of field craft. It was on one of these excursions that she earned her best friend, Rafik'ki, by purchasing him from a merchant on the outskirts of town.

Ini'ra lives in a tiny 400 sq ft, studio treehouse within the city of Desnind, there is a main room on the ground that serves as the kitchen, and gathering area. The ceiling is made of thatch, the tree's natural branches crisscrossing above. Up a spiral staircase, there is a second story; a small bedroom with a chest and a basket where she keeps her pet snake - Rafik'ki, a Ball Python. (ooc note: Where the "fire" is in the diagram, is simply where Ini'ra hangs her iyo lamp.)

Status: Memory PC (Intended) DoB & Age:
Ini'ra was greatly influenced by her idibo - learning from her the joys of baking, and then the necessity of knowledge. It was this woman who first introduced her to the kitchen to make sweets, as well as herbal remedies. Greatly spiritual, she seemed to be the one who held all the answers and filled in when others could not. The two have a strong relationship that goes back to Ini'ra's birth.
Mother
Status: Memory PC (Intended) DoB & Age:
While her grandmother valued medicine, cooking, and knowledge, her mother, Sa'shia, prizes overseeing the growth and well-being of nature's children. She enjoys working in her gardens and caring for the youth of her community. Blessed with a child of her own, Sa'shia was attentive, but perhaps a bit dreamy in her parental approach.
Father
Status: Memory PC (Intended) DoB & Age:
Her father is a patient man, reverent of Moseke and was the one to teach Ini'ra about many of the immortals. He is the man who often answered life's hard questions, and does not stray from difficulty. He finds that challenging oneself is the way to enlightenment and personal growth and seeks for his daughter to be as well rounded as possible.
Friends
Rafik'ki
A black pewter morph, this ball python has a very docile personality and was a perfect pick for Ini'ra's first pet. Kept in a basket in her room, Ini'ra does everything she can to keep the snake happy - from monitoring humidity and temperature, to catching mice for it to eat, she loves the animal and strives to educate others about snakes in general.

Ti'niva[/url]]Status: Friendly
Ini'ra met this fellow Sev'ryn at the Hunter's Fire Pit in Desnind on the 10th of Vhalar, 716 arc. Due to a lack of skill level and experience, Ini was searching for a companion who could assist her in hunting down dinner. She respects Ti'niva for his knowledge and competency as a hunter, enjoying his company and viewing him as a potential friend.

Ini'ra hopes to ensure an easy shed for Rafik'ki by giving him a soak. A very domestic thread to get an idea of Ini'ra's everyday life.
