Please note: none of the options in this post are mandatory, they are just options for you on Scalvoris. Anyone is very welcome to use the price list to get exactly what they want.

This thread offers you the following:

If you have already purchased a house in Scalvoris you may detail the rooms using this information if you wish to. If you do, please just drop a PM to a Scalvoris mod and we'll update your Prophets' Notes. You may also use this to purchase new properties, if you wish.

Please note: These prices generally apply to all of Scalvoris Island. Please also see the housing post in the Lore thread, where rentals are discussed as well as new housing.

If you wish to rent a home in Scalvoris - you may assume that you can rent at your Tier - so a Tier 5 pc can rent a Tier 5 property or below.
To rent above your Wealth Tier, work out how many Tiers above you are wanting, then multiply that number by 2. That's the number of Wealth Points PER SEASON it will cost. (so a Tier 5 pc renting a Tier 7 house is renting 2 Tiers above their own. They therefore will get charged 4 WP (2 x 2) per season.

Overview of Location (where will property be?): south of Beacon across from the river, right in the crux of the two rivers. Due east of Scalv Town proper, on the way to Sweetwine Woods.
Any Other Details?: Old abandoned house, previous owners and history unclear. Stands by itself, often avoided as creepy/dangerous. Amaris will be roommate.
