Girom waited quietly behind the dark green curtain, from time to time sneaking a peak out through the thickened wool fabric of it. He'd decorated his makeshift stage with many manners of decorations, ribbons, trinkets, bells and baubles. Mostly in his favorite colors of red green and black. Otherwise, he was reticent behind his curtain, waiting for the show to begin. Oh he had the players, but what was a show without an audience to look on it with mingling amusement or revulsion, fascination or boredom. Girom had talent enough to run the gamut of every spectrum of emotion, but had no preference for any. He didn't mind being heckled, he thrived on it.

Oh, a few of the people making street traffic on this darkest of Cylus days had gathered to see what fresh indignities their fellow mortals were up to. To stand and watch as grown adults made fools of themselves, and capered about like children run amok.

So Zuny watched and waited, and wondered if anyone who looked interesting might show up. His sea green eyes glimmering as they looked beyond the sphere of his rupture spark.

It was almost time to start the show, and the anticipation was murder.
