Description:
Handsome and knows it, Grayson Whitehall was born into the privileged Whitehall family of Scalvoris Town. Frankly, no one knows how they got their money, and no one asks any questions. Grayson is the nephew of Olivia Whitehall Gregorios, Natalia's mother.

Unknown to most, the Whitehalls have a long history of nefarious dealings, casting some doubt on the way their money was acquired. As a teen, Grayson came upon some documents detailing some unsavory transactions and immediately showed them to someone he trusted - Mattaes Gregorios. Mattaes was the father-in-law of his Aunt Olivia, but the Whitehalls and Gregorios families often socialized together and the young man had been afforded the opportunity to meet Mattaes on several occasions, finding him to be wise, sincere and funny. The older man had a good sense of reality and offered advice often to Grayson. That advice changed the teens life forever.

Unknown to Natalia Gregorios, Grayson's cousin, or the young Whitehall, Mattaes was gently pushing both in the same direction - away from the Whitehall and Gregorios family. Mattaes told Grayson much about his younger cousin, often encouraging him to watch over her from afar, Natalia being none the wiser.

Leaving the Whitehalls upon turning 18 arcs, Grayson was sent to Rharne to train with people Mattaes was familiar with, learning blades and unarmed combat along the way. He developed a passion for information gathering and as such, became gainfully employed as a private mercenary. His morals tend to set him apart from others in his field, choosing stealth as his secret weapon instead of direct confrontation. His code of ethics could be considered somewhat fluctuating, but he had a good heart and will not hurt innocent people.

Upon learning of Mattaes Gregorios' death, Grayson returned to Scalvoris Town and was given a letter left for him from the deceased. Within it, outlined Mattaes' dying wish - for Grayson to train Natalia how to protect herself. By the time the letter found its way to him, his cousin had already departed the family, beginning a very discreet search for her whereabouts.

Despite his serious profession, Grayson is rather light-hearted. He enjoys arguing with people as a form of entertainment and training. He takes his charge from Mattaes very seriously, and finally manages to track down his wayward cousin after hearing some very interesting rumors about her.
