Special Rynmere Announcement

Hello Rynmerens,
As many of you know, Rynmere is in a very strange state. The Rynmere Fix It group is currently working hard to get the country to a state to be reopened to all. As of this new season, it is completely closed to new threads. There are no exceptions to this. However, once the Fix It Group gets what we determined was the bare minimum done for fixing the lore, it will be reopened. These same people will be part of something we will be test running when Rynmere reopens. We will be trying out a "Player's Council". This will basically be PCs that are in positions of powers (Dukes, head of house, etc) effectively running the country from an IC standpoint while also OOC handling some matters. This is extremely new territory, so as such, The Team Leads will be helping to keep an eye on the area and to help facilitate this.
IC speaking, Rynmere is shutdown for a massive plague sweeping the country. Little is known about this plague, but rumors suggest that it is incredibly aggressive and widespread. As such, all ports into Rynmere are closed. Notice has been sent across the world that Rynmere is shuttered, and that any ships coming into Rynmere waters will be met with extreme hostility. The Eastern Territories are maintaining this same quarantine.
