It was about as open as he'd even seen Woe as he went on to explain about his business and the nature of putting on a show. Taking a gentle sip of something warm he nodded. "People don't believe a ting ef yuh jost tell dem. Et's gatta seem mysterious." he agreed with a chuckle. "Me quite sure et's me own limitashuns dat prevent me undastandin' dem." He offered by way of a friendly gesture to dispel any suggestion that he thought ill of Woe's performance.
When the man agreed to have his fortune told by the fairy, the ferret rose a singular eyebrow in a gesture of recognition of what he perceived to be bravery. "Oh! OH! OOOOH! Oh noe! They don't normally say yes! Ah! Jimmy! JIIIMY! Waddo-I-doh-now?!" The fairy panicked as the excitement of having received the unexpected consent left them almost paralyzed with indecision.
With that, a slightly larger, buff-looking fairy appeared behind the first and stared fanning the first with a small leaf. "Pull yourself together pettle! Time to pickle-up!"
The fortune-telling fairy nodded emphatically, still looking a little lost. "Right. Pull myself together."
"You can do this." They continued, rubbing something that looked like treacle into their shoulders.
"I can do this..?" Replied the fairy with doubt lacing their voice.
"You CAN don this!"
"I CAN. I can DO this!"
"Yeah!"
"YEAH! Wooo!"
The tiny spirit turned back towards Woe, oblivious to the fact the little pep talk had been witnessed by them all. "OK!" They placed a hand on their forehead and held out the other arm in Woe's general direction. "I can seeeeeee... Daffodils..! And Dandelion pollen in your future! You will befriend a light breeze and lose your wallet and wiiiiillll..." They opened one eye just a crack to check people were still paying attention before continuing. "...You will..." Then her eyes began to glow and her voice changed, echoed, not loud, but as if spoken through a long tunnel from far away. "You will find a great truth beneath the bed of the forgotten. Under the fallen and between the risen... You have much to share and nothing to lose..."
The fairy suddenly hiccupped and returned to normal with a tinkle and a burp. "...except your wallet." As they then disappeared with a *POP*.
Winston shared a glance with his two companions that made it very clear that this was something of a surprise. "Wow..."
With that, Woe shared his hope, despite the predictions and the ferret followed suit. "Me like tuh keep me 'opes simple... Me 'ope tuh be safe, 'appy and per'aps in posseshun af Darius' beard groomin' secrets." He admitted with a chuckle.
