The Celebration of the Stars
Location: The edges of the Willow Woods, near Ne'haer
"On this night, the stars are said to be the brightest they will be for the entire Arc. To celebrate, people go out in their warmest clothes or admire the stars from their homes. To some, it is believed that this is a sign from Xiur himself, assuring everyone that the year will be prosperous and positive for all."
It's the annual Celebration of the Stars. Through the cold, shivering nights of Cylus, there is at least this one moment of light in the darkness. Traditionally held outside the Willow Woods, in a no-man's land beyond Ne'haer, it's an opportunity for those of any allegiance to come and give thanks to Xiur. Blades of Zafra are there for protection only - no one, with the armistice this season - will prevent you from coming to pay your respects.
But there's a strange old man hulking by the edge of the Woods... and he keeps calling out for people to come and see something odd...
