Cylus 16 718, Evening
Location: The Four In Hand
How much longer did he have until Cylus was over? By now Enrick had experienced more than just enough snow and wintry weather, he'd met a few interesting characters and... well he definitely put himself a little further out there than he normally would. Maybe it was because he had gotten stir crazy, waiting for Ashan to arrive so that all the ice could somehow melt within Scalvoris. The cold didn't bother him so much but... not being able to sail did. That and not being able to sleep in his sloop these days made it easy to be occupied elsewhere, since places like the The Four in Hand were always full of people all the time.
Enrick liked to spend his time drinking mostly but he'd gotten bored of watching people so much, thus interaction became necessity when it really mattered to him the most. He'd already learned enough of others in particular, Aphina who wasn't just a foreigner but a drug dealer also. How was he handling that nifty little bit of info? Quite honestly he didn't care nor worry too much about it. Aphina was just some other girl after all, somebody that likely held little interest in one such as him.
"Ey Enrick, ye gotten quiet again!" One of his fellow fishermen pointed out with an elbow nudge into his bicep.
"Just thinkin' is all." He answered with pat on the man's shoulder as he lifted his mug of beer up, turquoise colored eyes fallen down to it to see how much was left. Alcoholic beverages were always a wonderful commodity to enjoy when it came to passing the time, but these trials Enrick spent more than his share of time thinking on things. Things like Aphina and who she was, where she came from also. Then there was also Qit who he hadn't seen in a while, last he remembered though they had went out on a hunt for the Irrawaddie. She spoke Xanthean quite a bit, because she was a Sev'ryn. A common trait he shared with her by half, while Aphina was actually a Biqaj much like Enrick was the other half.
A fisherman who'd met two different people yet had two likelihood heritages, though technically Enrick knew very little about either quite honestly. What was the big deal though? He didn't mind being a mixed blood but part of the half he knew nothing of, the Sev'ryn half, called for more than just an understanding of existence. Part of him felt incomplete. Missing a portion that needed to be whole, though that part of him remained a mystery even to this day. He took a swig from his mug with the coloration of his eyes more darker, a richer deeper blue now resembled his mood as he furrowed his eyebrow just a little.
